Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with DoGood7! All of our products—including canvases, posters, puzzles, notebooks, and greeting cards—are custom-made to order. This means we create your item specifically for you once your order is placed.
Order Processing & Production Time Because your items are custom-printed, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packed for shipment.
Shipping & Transit Times Once your order has been produced and handed over to the shipping carrier, transit times will depend on your location.
- Standard US Shipping: 3 to 7 business days or whatever it was shown in your original order.
Please note that the total time from placing your order to receiving it at your doorstep is the Production Time + Shipping Time (typically 5 to 12 business days total for US orders).
Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery destination.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages DoGood7 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you believe your package was lost in transit (and tracking does not show it as delivered), please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.
